my darn com broke down ystd and ii couldnt blog until today.. anyways, this is going to be a super super long post for ii certainly have a lot to say.
so, worked from 3-8pm ystd once again. and work was alrights. nothing went wrong unlike the day before ystd luhs. talking about that, ii realised ii made two more mistakes the day before when ii went to work ystd. one, ii forgot to off the three monitor screens behind and two, ii forgot to off the display monitor screen as well. and that resulted in FOUR monitor screens being over-heated ystd. =X.

anyways, worked from 9am-3pm tdy. for the first and the last time, ii worked with someone else in the photo kiosk. and the time pass really QUICKLY when you've someone else working with you lah.. tmr will be the second time tht iim working same shift as momo. and it'll be the last time too. tmr will be her last day at www.. as for me, i'll have to wait until the 12th of dec. hahaha, actually my last day's supposed to be on the 13th of dec. but ii changed my shift with the girl ii worked with tdy. thus, one day earlier to end of work in www! HURRAY!!! :)).

ohh btw, something really serious happened tdy. during meeting, HE asked all of us if there's anything that we're unhappy about. and obviously, none of us dared to speak up luhs. until the other SHE said "since HE's giving you people a chance to speak now, you better speak." and thats when the talking began. a girl from retail (lols, my idol now) ji tao shoot him and said "ii think you guys shld practice what you preach." my gosh man. ii was like super shocked when she said tht lah. shes real brave though..

anyways, elaboration on the sentence that my idol said.. THEY always tell us to ask questions when we're in doubt. but when we ask, they'll just reply us in a sarcastic way luhs. and HE said this
"if you ask me smart questions, i'll definitely reply you. but if you ask me a stupid question, of course i'll answer you sarcastically."
"for example, if a box is filled with stuffs and you ask me where to put the box, i'll tell you where to put it. but if the box is empty, and you ask me where to put the box, obviously i'll answer you sarcastically." (this really happened to a retail girl.)
"if the box is empty, your common sense shld tell you to throw it away. so if you ask me, i'll tell you to put at my house." (being sarcastic.)
"God gave all of us a brain.. and you people shld use that brain.. its just like you go to sch, dunnoe how to do a maths question and you try to solve it.. do you straight away just tell the teacher that 'tcher, i dunnoe how to do'? of course no right.............................."

and ii was like
-,- wadthefuck lah. like hello, the box question is not a stupid question lah. do you know that if you're working in some supermarket and you throw the fucking box away, you'll jitao get issued a warning letter straight away? JUST BECAUSE OF A FUCKING BOX THAT YOU THREW OKS. and its like the girl's only here for the first few days lah. how she know if you wanna keep the box anots? scardy her common sense tell her to throw away and your common sense tell you to keep it leh? then you'll say she dont have common sense rights. and also, its true that God gave us a brain each to think. but if you aint taught how to solve the maths question in the first place, CAN YOU EVEN USE THAT FUCKING BRAIN TO THINK? dont tell me you know how to solve all the maths problems once you enter this world. no right. your teacher has to teach you all the skills, steps and everything first right. if not, how can you even try to attempt that maths question? make sense?

but of course, ii kept my mouth shut when he asked if ii am unhappy about anything.. and HE was like "you people so young wanna play politics with me ah.. you all better dont let me find out whose the party leader.. if not, that person's going to die horribly." you see the problem with them? its like up till now, up till this very fucking moment, hes still thinking that all the problems lies with us. what party leader what politics what propaganda.. bullshit. ii must admit that he has a real creative mind though. why cant he just see that the reason why we all wanna quit is because there is something wrong with their style of management? why cant he just stop taking a look at his surroundings, stop blaming the others for all these consequences and just sit back and reflect on his own?

and also, he added this: "this is my style of working. you can go ask all the senior staffs. you cant expect me to change to your styles. this is the working world." and ii just feel like telling him "but why issiz iive never seen working styles like yours before? if this is your working style, then iim sorry to inform you that you're just going to have a superrrr high staff turnover rate yearly. and also, this world's always changing. if you're unwilling to suit to that then the world's just gonna you behind."

its just as simple as that. ii really find no point in staying behind. its like what for ii push the sales up for them? do they appreciate it? no. all they know is to "PEIJIE AH, YOUR SALES IS STILL NOT UP TO STANDARD AH. CAN YOU PLEASE PUSH MORE SALES." more and more and more. how much more is more. $100? $500? $1000? and its not like my sales is kns lah. iive hit their daily sales target everytime luhs. just like ystd... SHE wanted $300 and my sales was over $400 okays. do you know how difficult it is to achieve a daily sales of $400 just for the stupid photos? and you know what HE said? "$400 ONLY? ITS STILL TOO LITTLE.." fuck lah, still so little then go and try selling them yourself lah.

and in the end, he called all the other staffs who're not working tdy and interviewed them one by one luhs. what irony mans. you said you LOVE training new staffs and now when all the staffs are leaving, you're begging them not to leave? this is just sooooo hilarious man..
